She alerted us to things we should be on the lookout for that we would have overlooked. She never pushed us in the least to settle for a property that didn't exactly match our needs, and she was very understanding when my wife and I struggled to agree on our "ideal" house. As a bonus, she frequently brought along her fiancA(C), Walter, who had worked as a contractor and could instantly give us an estimate about how much fixes and upgrades would cost.
